Nannies are responsible for the care and upbringing of young children. Nannies should be skilled and qualified to handle looking after children.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Skill set needed as a nanny are abilities to feed, bathe, and dress.
Plan play activities for kids.
Your skills should include a thorough comprehension of the English language
Be able to communicate effectively
Actively listening to others’ questions and concerns
Be aware of the behavioral patterns in children and monitoring yourself and those around you.
Inductive and deductive reasoning skills are needed to quickly find solutions to problems as they arise.
QUALIFICATION
4 to 5 years minimum experience working with children of all ages
Early childhood training/certification
First aid & CPR certification is incredibly beneficial in this line of work,
Housekeeping training and experience.
Swimmer and asset
Drivers Preferred
